Vogue Interiors announced it has completed the design and execution of the interior of a Venice furnished coach home model in Stock Development’s Cipriani neighborhood at Lely Resort in Naples. Cipriani offers four spacious, luxury coach home floor plans ranging from 2,191 to 2,920 square feet under air priced from the high $300’s. The Venice model’s interior was designed by Vogue’s Sheila Corasaniti, IDS and Salvatore Giso, IDS. The 2,191 square feet under air Venice downstairs coach home floor plan includes three bedrooms, three baths, a spacious great room and dining room area, an island kitchen, and a covered lanai that can be accessed from the great room or master bedroom. One of the two guest bedrooms opens to a charming private courtyard. The Venice plan also includes a two-car garage.
Corasaniti and Giso’s striking coastal design for the Venice model creates the image of a life lived where the sea meets the sand. Their color palette swirls sea greens with beautiful sand tones and a particularly soft shade of blue that leans towards mossy green for a true sense of the ocean. The flooring material is executed in a 24 x 24-inch porcelain tile in the sand color to blend seamlessly with the light sandy tones on the walls throughout the home. The designers selected a chrome finish for the full array of light fixtures featured in the Venice model.
From the entry loggia, the foyer opens into a spacious angled hallway where Corasaniti and Giso introduce attractive applied moldings contrasted by a mica wallpaper in the sea green color to provide an immediate sense of dimension. On the angled wall, the moldings are used to create a subtle frame for an eye-catching console with a chrome-like finish and stone top that has the look of a lovely piece of coral. An elegant mirror adorns the wall above. Across from the console, a dramatically large lacquered picture of beautiful calla lilies makes a bright, welcoming statement.
Continuing past entries on either side that lead to guest bedrooms, the hallway opens to the kitchen and great room. A long wall on the right provides the perfect canvas for distinctive applied moldings and decorative artwork.
Immediately on the left, the kitchen features perimeter cabinetry in a rich striate finish of tans and off white. Cabinetry for the spacious island is executed in a contrasting taupe. Uniting these tones, the counter surfaces are finished in a light off-white granite that reveals intricate swirling movement in grays, green, and taupes reminiscent of waves at the beach. Adding the finishing touch, a multi-colored glass and stone backsplash has the look of glistening diamonds in gentle waves. At the island, handsome stools in a mocha chocolate finish provide casual seating and connection to the great room.
Beyond the kitchen and arranged in perpendicular fashion to a large window, a wooden dining table displays an espresso finish to match the legs of the six dining chairs. The host and hostess chairs are upholstered in a light sand color while the side chairs have wood backs in an elongated oval and seats upholstered in a beautiful tweed blend of sea green and light sand.
Nestled between the dining area and wide pocketing sliders to the lanai, the great room seating arrangement is gathered to face an elegant feature wall that includes a striking media console in an espresso finish with distinctive doors in channeled silver nickel. A television floats above while beautiful accessories add sophistication. The inviting sofa is upholstered in a fabric with the look of sand, its light oatmeal tones accented by pillows with ombre stripes where shades of beige, light blue and gray fade into each other. Handsome easy chairs with wooden arms and legs feature a repeat of the lovely tweed upholstery seen in the dining room. A geometric pillow in each chair blends the sand and sea green tones. The cocktail table’s surface is finished in an unusual moss shagreen for the rich look of leather in a sea green hue while the base has a smoky pewter finish. A metal end table features a sandy stone top while a table behind the sofa is executed in the espresso finish. Stunning drapes in a shimmery metallic fabric grace the dining room and great room windows for a cohesive look.
The covered lanai area can be accessed from the great room as well as the master bedroom. Providing the ideal outdoor gathering space, this area includes a glass-top table and six chairs for cozy al fresco dining. In addition, Corasaniti and Giso have included two lounge chairs and a small table for a separate conversation area.
The delightful master suite features a contemporary style bed with an upholstered headboard, side rails, and footboard in a taupe fabric with cream detailing. The feet of the bed and the double dresser are finished in espresso tones while the nightstands showcase a silver finish with a soft serpentine front. A tufted bench at the foot of the bed provides additional comfort. For the luxurious bed linens, Corasaniti and Giso selected a coverlet in shimmery sand colored satin that coordinates perfectly with euro shams in the same fabric. Pillows in light blue velvet with delicate silver metal beads combine with geometric accent pillows in off white and metallic with sea green detailing. Fabulous drapes fashioned from the same sea glass velvet frame the large window overlooking the rear of the home. The carpeting features a contemporary pattern and provides luxurious comfort in this restful, welcoming oasis.
A hallway past two generous walk-in closets leads into the master bathroom where the flooring is executed in a high-gloss porcelain for chic elegance. His and hers vanity cabinetry in an off-white painted finish are topped with magnificent marble counters that feature a blend of swirling sea glass greens and taupe tones for a truly beautiful look. A statement stand-alone tub floats in one corner. The spacious shower showcases a remarkable glass tile that almost has the look of a metallic behind it and which incorporates the beautiful tones of the countertops.
In the private courtyard off of one of the guest bedrooms that offers a versatile and secluded retreat, Corasaniti and Giso present a cozy and relaxed seating group. All of the bathrooms in this charming home reveal decorative wallpaper that incorporates the aura of sea and sand with gorgeous tones and textures. Throughout the home, the selected colors and materials impart a sense of balance and harmony inspired by the sea.
