Vogue Interiors has completed the interior design for Stock Development’s furnished Livia model at the Lake Club within Lakewood Ranch. The Livia’s 3,490 square feet under-air open-concept great room floor plan features an island kitchen with a walk-in pantry, a breakfast nook, a formal dining room, a private study, a spacious bonus room, four bedrooms, three baths, a three-car garage, and an outdoor living area with a fireplace, an outdoor kitchen, conversation and dining areas, and a pool and spa. The great room, master bedroom, and a hallway off the bonus room open to the outdoor living area.
Vogue’s design concept for the Livia model is focused on offering an earthy modern mix with décor that introduces a bit of Florida in a modern, sleek way. Layers of linens, live edge, and organic finishes are paired with clean lines and touches of mid-century style. New neutral brown tones take center stage and exude a sense of warmth while adding richness to the décor scheme. Splashes of earthy greens are found throughout the home in tropical plants and a variety of art selections. Flooring throughout the home is a light-toned eight by 48-inch wood-look porcelain tile.
Vogue’s design themes are immediately apparent in the Livia model’s foyer. An entire wall is covered in a chic, custom tile treatment that has a woven wood effect. The frames for a pair of 102-inch tall mirrors are set into the tile. Three metal chandeliers with globe-like glass and vibrant candelabra bulbs are suspended from a tray ceiling detail with cove backlighting.
The feature wall in the great room will present a brown leather and cream-toned bamboo wall covering. A television is mounted over a low-profile dark taupe built-in cabinet flanked by columns. Faux wood ceiling beams in a dark walnut tone will offer an additional note of warmth. A sofa and love seat done in a creamy off-white textured fabric are accented by a mix of vibrant tropical and rich coco silk pillows. Two darker-toned end tables will be paired with a square cocktail table with a glass top and an interesting organic base fashioned from intertwined vines. A pair of occasional chairs with organic curved backs include neutral fabrics and nail head details. The furniture grouping is anchored by a two-toned softly textured area rug. Drapery panels flanking the pocketing sliders that open to the outdoors are done in a light-weight textured linen.
An incredible jungle wood live-edge dining table with an intricate stainless-steel metal base provides comfortable seating for six in the formal dining room. Wooden based chairs with unique architectural styling feature cushions finished in warm off-white fabrics. A soft-white basket weave grass cloth wall covering provides contrast behind a dark-toned two-door credenza with off-white door fronts and metal accents. A pair of sconces are mounted above the credenza. The dining room also includes a circular walnut-toned chandelier and elegant drapery panels in an off-white linen finish.
Unique textured pendant lighting fixtures done in an attractive smoky-taupe colored glass are suspended above the island in the kitchen. Seating at the island includes three counter stools with wood frames and whit textured fabric. Both the island and the perimeter feature white plantation-style cabinets with flat paneled fronts and grey quartzite counter surfaces, all of which is accented by a hand-cut glass tile backsplash finished in contrasting shades of beige and taupe. The breakfast nook includes a walnut-toned tulip dining table with a metal base and chairs with wooden frames and white textured fabric that match the counter stools.
A classic library style bookcase with a quaint sliding ladder is featured in the Livia model’s welcoming study. Vogue has included classic medium-toned wooden executive desk with a black leather insert top that is paired with a comfortable chair covered in a dark coco linen fabric. An occasional chair finished in a grey and taupe infused creamy twill is paired with a round leather drum table with a metal base.
The bonus room offers a comfortable getaway that is ideal for relaxing, television viewing, and entertaining. The space includes an organic driftwood-toned media console with three doors, a wet bar finished with rich walnut-toned raised panel cabinetry and a Cream Minerva quartz countertop, and a contemporary leaning sectional sofa with a chaise in an off-white textured fabric. Other furnishings include an organic raw wood cocktail table with metal legs, a stylized organic raw wood end table, and a pair of organic textured poufs. An ebony-toned expandable game table has also been included. The window treatments are done in a raw silk Roman shade in a neutral light sandy-tan fabric.
The same striking color pallet that Vogue has used throughout the Livia model is found in the master suite. A channeled headboard with an ivory fabric is complimented by a pair of windows on the headboard wall that are flanked by drapery panels hanging from either side. Tropical dark coco brown crushed bamboo nightstands and a dresser finished in in a matching style include antique brass accents. A contemporary high-backed rattan occasional chair featuring off-white fabric is paired with a metal concave drum table with a rich dark coco brown finish. Matching contemporary organic free-flowing metal light fixtures are hung over the dual vanities in the master bath. Drapes done a gauze sheer with a dark taupe finish are paired with smooth alabaster-toned vanity cabinetry. Sandy-toned quartz counter surfaces are presented with attractive textures that recall memories of a relaxing day at the beach. The walk-in shower includes a staggered tile wall with coco-brown glass accents. An alluring free-standing tub is also featured.
The sectional sofa and side chairs on the covered lanai are presented with an alluring dark brown open weave rattan finish and feature light sandy brown cushions. Two end tables and a rectangular cocktail table are done in a rich warm brown rattan and paired with a matching rectangular dining table with seating for six. A ventless gas fireplace is surrounded by staggered tile that forms two trim bans offering compelling contrasts of color. A television is mounted above the fireplace.
