Vogue Interiors’ Debbie DeMaria, ASID, IDS and Interior Designer Treasa Dolan have completed the interior design for Stock Development’s Chandler III furnished model at The Isles of Collier Preserve. The 3,166 square feet under air residence includes three bedrooms, four full bathrooms and one half-bathroom, an open concept great room, dining area, and island kitchen, a den and a bonus room, an outdoor living area with a dining space, conversation area, and outdoor kitchen with a grill and a bar. The Chandler III also features a three-car garage.
Debbie and Treasa created a design that features edgy contrasts and contemporary furnishings and lighting fixtures, as well as elements that are soft, inviting, and comfortable. Their color palette includes warm, neutral, grey-toned backgrounds with warm cream, taupe, and charcoal accents. The flooring showcases clean, pure, and unblemished wire-brushed European oak in seven and a half inch wide planks with a blond finish and a coat of durable polyurethane.
