Vogue Interiors announced it has completed the interior design for Stock Development’s furnished Easton model at Fiddler’s Creek. The 2,818 square feet under air Easton residence features an open-concept floor plan with a great room, a large island kitchen, and a dining area. The plan also presents a study, four bedrooms, three and a half baths, a powder bath, and a spacious study. The outdoor living area includes an expansive outdoor kitchen, an attractive pool, and a welcoming spa. The plan also includes a three-car garage.
Vogue’s transitional design conveys a celebration of beauty based on elegant simplicity throughout the Easton model. The color palette features soft grey backgrounds and pure white trim that convey an air of subtle sophistication. Soft grey, taupe, and light dusty aubergine fabrics contribute to the subtle simplicity that defines the Easton’s design. Flooring in the primary living areas is an attractive glazed polished tile. A striking three by three-inch mosaic floor detail mimics the foyer’s rectangular tray ceiling detail. The tray is finished in a luminous metallic wallpaper. A chrome chandelier with glass rod design details illuminates the entry foyer that includes a console in a dark brown finish and a dramatic art piece.
The great room’s feature wall is covered in a dusty aubergine grass cloth that accentuates an attractive two-toned credenza in an off white and dark walnut finish accented in gold. On each side of the feature wall, striking columns have been enhanced with long linear sconces. A dry bar is finished in a rich dark taupe color with a white quartz countertop and a glass tile backsplash done in a soft grey. Two transitional matching sofas are covered in a light taupe linen fabric and adorned with designer pillows done in a light dusty aubergine and silver cream with an embroidered feather detail. The great room also includes a pair of off-white occasional chairs with metallic antique finishes on the legs and dark aubergine pillows that provide a sense of juxtaposition. Centered in the great room, a glass-topped cocktail table is finished in a dark walnut with soft gold accents. Two complimentary end tables feature chrome glass hardware. The sheer drapery panels flanking the pocketing sliders that open the great room to the outdoors are presented in a dusty aubergine tone with an attractive ribbon detail.
An adjacent dining area features a transitional etagere done in a darker wood tone with adjustable shelving. A dramatic rectangular dining table with an acrylic base and a glass top offers seating for six while providing a design highlight. A unique chandelier fashioned from curled metal in an attractive twisted orb shape provides soft ambient lighting. The kitchen features an expansive island and perimeter cabinetry finished in a subtle off-white alabaster tone and taupe colored quartz countertops. Four counter stools done in ivory leather feature a walnut base and nail head detailing. Sleek linear chrome pendants are suspended above the island. The backsplash on the perimeter is fashioned in an ivory toned diamond pattern with taupe accents.
The inviting study showcases an attractive built-in finished in a warm taupe tone. The built-in provides an ample work space that is flanked by drawers on either side. The built-in is paired with a sleek writing desk done in a very dark brown finish with a brushed stainless-steel base. Across from the desk, two occasional chairs are framed in dark brown wood and finished with a smooth off-white fabric. Each chair hosts an accent pillow in a soft aubergine fabric. Between the two chairs, a smoky glass-topped table features a striking metal and acrylic base. A diamond embroidered drapery treatment featuring gauzy sheer compliments a unique dark taupe shag area rug.
A compelling piece of artwork provides a note of welcome in the vestibule of the master suite. The master bedroom is finished with the same soft grey and pure white color pallet found throughout the home. A custom upholstered bed features a vertically channeled headboard that compliments the side rails and footboard that are finished in a light taupe fabric with subtle glimmers of metallic shades. Two interesting nightstands with a concave design are finished in soft silver. The bedroom also includes a credenza done in dark walnut with an embossed textured front design finished in light metallic gold with hints of silver. A comma-shaped occasional chair and matching ottoman feature off-white fabric and bottom details done in contrasting silvery grey bands. Ephemeral draperies with very light silver-toned faux silk fabrics blend easily with the room’s color pallet.
The 24 by 24-inch glazed polished tile flooring found throughout the home flows into the master bath and into the spacious walk-in shower. The shower walls also feature the same tile presented in a 12 by 24 -inch horizontal format with a striking staggered effect. Two by six-inch taupe colored glass tile provides a pleasing accent. Metallic wallpaper graces the master bath’s walls and compliments a dark taupe vanity cabinet that features an ivory-tone quartz counter surface. A 24-inch ottoman finished in a very light dusty aubergine and draperies done in an embroidered ivory sheer complete the look.
The captivating outdoor living area is finished in a combination of white, charcoal, and grey tones. Graphite toned cabinetry and a granite counter surface presented in moon white, charcoals and greys are featured in the outdoor kitchen. The grill wall is finished with hammered metal and charcoal and grey linear glass tile. A dining table with seating for six features an open-weave rattan base and a glass top. The six open-weave rattan armchairs include off-white cushions. The feature wall in the conversation area showcases a television flanked by rectangular block-shaped sconces. A console with a circular design and a lower shelf is finished in a dark coco tone and positioned beneath the television. Furnishings in the conversation area include a taupe grey tight-weave wicker sofa and chairs with taupe grey frames and taupe cushions and a glass-topped cocktail table. An area rug is presented in an appealing grey weave. Three dark coco tight basket-weave rattan lounge chairs and metallic garden stool tables will enhance the poolside experience.
