Vogue Interiors announced it has been selected to create the interior design for Stock Development’s furnished Marigold model at Isles of Collier Preserve in Naples. The 3,578 square feet under air Marigold floor plan includes a total of 5,510 square feet. The plan features a central gallery hallway and a great room with elaborate ceiling details. The great room opens to the outdoor living area. The plan also includes a formal dining room, an island kitchen and breakfast nook, a study, and a master bedroom that opens to a private covered lanai. There are two walk-in closets, a master bath with dual vanities, a free-standing tub, and a walk-in shower. Three guest bedrooms, one of which opens to a covered lanai, feature private baths. There is also a powder bath. The outdoor living area includes a conversation area with a fireplace, an island bar, a dining area, and an outdoor kitchen, pool and spa. The plan also includes a three-car garage.
Vogue has created a warm and welcoming interior for the Marigold model that will convey effortless modern ease wrapped in elegance. Creamy neutral-toned backgrounds will combine with vibrant blue and organic fabrics, taupe, beige, and Wedgewood blue accents, glamorous champagne silver accented lighting fixtures, and the muted warm undertones of the home’s architectural elements to evoke a sense of relaxed luxury. The flooring throughout the living areas will be 24 by 24-inch light taupe porcelain tile. In the gallery hallway, flooring insets of two by two-inch mosaic polished porcelain tile will mimic the hallway’s series of rectangular back-lit coffered ceiling details.
Visitors to the Marigold will be greeted in a foyer with a dark coco console table with a hammered dark bronze base. A dramatic art piece will be displayed above the console. On the opposite wall, a full-length mirror will feature a mesh frame. Overhead, pendant lighting will introduce Vogue’s use of champagne-silver finished lighting fixtures that will be found throughout the home.
The great room will feature a square coffered ceiling detail and dropped beams painted in a semi-gloss white that will span the width of the space. The feature wall will be covered with a two-toned textured wall covering that will convey a three-dimensional feeling. A mushroom-toned built-in console will be placed against the wall and flanked by two columns, each of which will feature a wall sconce. A television will be mounted above the console and two niches displaying art pieces will be fashioned above the television. Furnishings will include a linen textured taupe-toned sofa with dark walnut legs and ivory and multi-toned blue accent pillows, two Greek key shaped cocktail tables finished in dark walnut and bleached eucalyptus wood accents with glass tops and a walnut finished lower shelf, two square end tables, an off-white setee with taupe-toned seat cushions featuring an embroidered Greek key accent and dark blue, Wedgewood blue, taupe, and cream pillows, and a pair dark blue chenille occasional chairs with a dark walnut stretcher base and metallic gold and blue pillows. The seating area will be anchored by a creamy shag area rug. The pocketing sliders opening to the outdoor living area will be flanked by Euro-pleat sheer drapery panels in a light taupe tone.
The dining room’s dramatic table will be finished in dark walnut with champagne accents and metal legs. The host and hostess arm chairs will also be finished in dark walnut and will include light taupe-toned fabric and metal backs with a high-gloss champagne silver finish. Four side chairs will be included. A four-door buffet with unique circular metallic door fronts will feature a polished steel stretcher base with a dark walnut surround. The wall behind the buffet will be finished with a two-toned cream pebble textured wall covering. The dining room’s ceiling will feature a drop-down coffer with a cross beam accent. Euro-pleat sheer drapery panels will complete the look.
The kitchen cabinetry will be finished in an alabaster tone with white quartz countertops on the perimeter and taupe-toned quartz on the large island. A backsplash fashioned from elongated diamond shaped glass and stone tile will provide a touch of glamour. Pendant lighting fixtures with twig-like stems and luminescent glass globes will be suspended over the island. Low-back counter-height barstools at the island will include blue and cream textured fabric and a dark walnut base. The breakfast nook will feature a dark walnut circular table with champagne metal accents on the feet and five contemporary wingback chairs with nail head detailing. A metal concave chandelier with a champagne finish will be suspended over the table.
The Marigold’s study will feature a three-tiered coffered ceiling detail. A Greek key shaped desk will be finished in off-white and driftwood tones and feature a high-back desk chair finished in driftwood and a neutral fabric. Behind the desk, a three-door live-edge credenza will be presented in a driftwood tone with acrylic legs. An open-armed occasional chair will be upholstered with royal blue velvet fabric and accompanied by a faux shagreen taupe-toned accent table. An off-white area rug with subtle blue geometric patterns will anchor the room.
The master suite vestibule will present floor and ceiling details that match the gallery hallway. The bedroom will showcase a bed with a walnut-toned frame and a vertically channeled neutral fabric wing-back style headboard surrounded by a walnut-toned border. Night stands with bowed fronts, decorative wing-shaped pulls, and a dark walnut finish will flank the bed. The dresser will be presented in a matching style. The sitting area will feature a wing back chair with royal blue linen fabric, nail head detailing, and dark walnut legs. The chair will be accompanied by a square soft gold geometric accent table with a mirrored top. A soft champagne gold lighting fixture with up-lighting will cast a soft glow throughout the space. The master bath will be finished with a taupe-toned metallic wall covering and feature flat front champagne-toned rift-cut vanity cabinetry and taupe quartz counter surfaces. Chrome and backlit faceted glass lighting fixtures will be mounted above the vanities. The back wall in the shower will be finished with decorative polished glass and stone pendant tile that will play against a light taupe porcelain tile floor.
The outdoor living area’s linear ventless fireplace wall will be finished with smooth stucco and accent tiles above the fire box opening. Furnishings in the conversation area will include two sofas, a pair of side chairs, and two ottomans all in a coco basket weave rattan with royal blue linen cushions and accent pillows in white and blue with a white pattern. The conversation area will include a rectangular coffered ceiling with the cross-beam detail. A river rock-shaped cocktail table will have a polished white resin finish. The island in the outdoor kitchen will feature a wood-look smoky ash grey Nature Kast base, an off-white granite countertop with flecks of graphite, and dark coco barstools with aluminum ladder backs. The grill wall will include a diamond-shaped off-white stone backsplash with taupe accents. A coco-toned basket weave rattan dining table will be surrounded by six chairs with soft taupe cushions.
